(a). 50% deposit via bank transfer for booking confirmation. Full payment 7 days before arrival.

(b). The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and total price if they cancel within 3 days before arrival.

(c). Damage Deposit of minimum RM200 will be collected at site, refundable within 5 hours after check-out (subject to damage claims).

​

(d). Extra guest will be charged RM50 cleaning fee per person per night.
